Great company to deal with, very pleased with product

Andy and Debbie were so helpful from start to finish, providing samples and then discussing the process on the phone and advising on best TV and glass based on where we were putting TV. They were very communicative around the order process, confirming once they had received TV and then delivering within indicated timeframe. And the mirror TV itself is a thing of beauty. We couldn’t be more pleased with the result. Highly recommend.

After lots of deliberation about these tv’s we made the decision to go for it, and TV in Disguise were the right company to have chosen.
From answering queries we had, to sending the frame samples, and the delivery which was earlier than expected, it all went smoothly.
The TV itself looks great, we chose a simple white frame and its perfect, also a surprise was all the art we can have on display. The mirror, which was our prime reason for buying, we rarely use because its so interesting choosing which piece of art for that day! Love it.

Perfect frame and brilliant service

Just to say huge thank you for the TV frame for our Samsung TV. The frame arrived today and fits perfectly – we chose the 45mm classic aged gold frame, it absolutely finishes off the space and really gives the impression that it’s just a framed picture and not a TV – perfect and exactly what we were looking for! We are delighted, thank you so much for the wonderful customer service and great speedy delivery, highly recommended!

Mirror TV, delivered, very well packaged. Our own TV guy had no problems installing thanks to easy to follow (for him) instructions and hanging was a breeze with (great idea)paper template. Just looks wonderful as a mirror and then all the usual stuff you expect from a quality TV.
